• How do I integrate Measurz with Cliniko?

  Data Flow Between Measurz & Cliniko Cliniko Measurz = Creates a new client in Measurz importing: Name, Email, DOB, Gender Measurz Cliniko = Creates draft treatment notes with Measurz testing session data & attaches the sessions PDF to the patients Cliniko file. Step 1: Generate your Cliniko API key in Cliniko (this needs to be done for each user from their individual Cliniko account) Login to your Cliniko account.   This is because our Measurz app is run separately from our MAT Training Portal, which also hosts all the Measurz training. You'll need to create a new Measurz account to begin using the app. If you have a Measurz app account but need to log into the training portal, you can sign up here.Few readers

• I've paid for a subscription after my free trial but Measurz is still asking me for a subscription.

  If the active subscription is not appearing in your app on your iPhone or iPad: Quit your app. Go to 'Settings iTunes & App Store' Tap on 'Apple ID' and 'Sign Out' Tap on 'Sign in' again and use the Apple ID that you use with the subscription. Start your app again. An active subscription not appearing in your app could be due to an issue accessing the App Store. Signing out and in again can fix that. The reason for a new subscription, which fails to complete, could be a miss-matching Apple IFew readers
