Why won't my Muscle Meter connect to the Measurz app?

The most likely steps to resolve this issue are:

Ensure your smart device's bluetooth is on and your Muscle Meter is fully charged.

Ensure you have given the Measurz app all the permissions requested on set up.
Head to your smart device's settings and locate the Measurz app
Turn on all permissions requested for the Measurz app in your devics settings

Delete Measurz and reinstall it, ensuring you give permissions on set up and you follow the steps.

iOS User?

Ensure you hit cancel on this pop up after connecting your Muscle Meter via the Measurz device screen.

If you hit pair and are having difficult with your Muscle Meter, please follow the steps below:
Head to your iOS settings
Go to Bluetooth
Locate the device named 'MAT' and ap the info icon on the right hand side next to 'MAT
Forget This Device
Head back into Measurz and reconnect the Muscle Meter, ensuring you press cancel on setup
