• What's the difference between the MAT Level 1 + 2 Courses and the MAT Running Courses? Do they cover the same things?

  The MAT Courses cover our unique data-driven approach to assessment, treatment and training and include over 50 new assessments to help you revolutionise your client assessment. The MAT Running Course follows a similar approach, looking especially at your running athletes. It does not cover the assessments from level 1 + 2.
