MAT Template Definitions
Quick: typically 2-4 tests involving ROM, flexibility or Strength (Isometric) designed to be used on initial testing sessions or in shorter length sessions. A great place to get started!
Screen: typically 3-7 tests involving more in-depth assessment to get more information.
Full: longer assessment session designed to be run as it's own 40-60 minute testing session.
