How do I integrate Measurz with Cliniko?
Data Flow Between Measurz & Cliniko
Cliniko > Measurz = Creates a new client in Measurz importing: Name, Email, DOB, Gender
Measurz > Cliniko = Creates draft treatment notes with Measurz testing session data & attaches the sessions PDF to the patients Cliniko file.
Step 1: Generate your Cliniko API key in Cliniko
(this needs to be done for each user from their individual Cliniko account)
Login to your Cliniko account.
Click on My info in the lower-left corner of the screen.
Scroll down and click on Manage API keys.
Click "Add an API key".
Enter "MEASURZ" as the name for your API key and press Create API key
Copy the API key to your clipboard (CTRL/CMD+C)
Step 2: Add your Cliniko API key to Measurz via the Measurz Web Portal
Log in to your Measurz Web Portal
Select the 'Integrations' tab from the left hand menu
Push the 'Add API Key Button'
Click on the 'select your integration' box and select Cliniko
Paste your API key into the API Key box and press Save.
Step 3: Connect Measurz to your Cliniko account as a connected app
(this only need to be done once per business)
Login to your Cliniko account.
Go to Settings > Our Clinic > Integrations
Scroll down to 'Connected patient apps'
Enter MEASURZ as the App name
Paste the App URL from your Measurz Web Portal API URL in the Integrations section (https://measurz.matassessment.com/cliniko_patient_import)
Once completed, Cliniko will now show MEASURZ under the 'Open in' button is every Cliniko patients section.
If you click this button it will create a new client in Measurz via the Measurz Web Portal. You can add the remaining details such as height & weight to complete their profile. You can then head to the mobile/tablet Measurz app and begin testing, You will find this client at the top of your clients list ready to start testing.
Once you have completed a testing session in Measurz, your testing session results with be added in two ways to Cliniko:
As a draft treatment notes with the raw testing data.
As a PDF attachment in the files section.
If your Cliniko patient is already a client in Measurz, it will open their Measurz Web Portal client profile and you can view all their previous data.
